Paul is a highly entrepreneurial energy professional focused on “enlightened decarbonisation” and has founded a number of low carbon businesses spanning CCS (where he originated an IJV with GDF Suez that he was CEO of for 5-years), LNG and now renewable energy following a 30 year international career with BP including 3-years in BP Alternative Energy working on Hydrogen Power, Solar and Wind businesses. Paul is a Chartered Mechanical Engineer and a Fellow of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers.

CFO, William Hall

William is based in New York and is a highly accomplished financial industry executive who is responsible for structuring the business’s finances to meet its very ambitious growth aspirations. William has extensive experience raising funds for infrastructure projects, development platforms and solar IPPs in developed and emerging markets and has also worked with numerous companies to raise corporate capital to fund their operations.

COO & CTO, Lewis Jeffery

Lewis is a Mechanical Engineer with 30 years industry experience where he has been involved in the design, construction and operations of energy related projects internationally. Specifically, Lewis was Project Director for BP Alternative Energy working on a Hydrogen Power project in Western Australia, prior to which he was TNK BP’s Major Projects and Engineering Manager in Moscow for 5 years.

Head of Energy Solutions, UK, Mark Fitzsimmons

Business Development Director for England, Wales Scotland and Ireland -Mark is a team oriented senior commercial leader from the energy and utilities industry who has over 20 years experience in sales and marketing, strategy and business development. A senior originator and negotiator who has built and led motivated, empowered commercial teams. Mark has a track record of creating profitable commercial relationships in a number of different competitive environments. Mark has held senior executive positions in BP, Total Solutions, ESBI Carbon Solutions and United Utilities.

Business Development Director, England and Wales, Dewi Ab Iorworth

Dewi is an accomplished business developer with a successful track record with Centrica, BP and with the Lyndon Energy group businesses focused on enlightened decarbonisation and specifically solar and renewable energy.

Business Development Director, International, Syd Siyadat

Syd is an accomplished business developer and negotiator used to working in multicultural environments and having successfully originated a number of deals during his time in BP Alternative Energy most notably a project with Masdar in Abu Dhabi. Syd was responsible for investment appraisal and financial planning of a number of BP’s mega projects and has a strong background in commercial risk management as well as leadership development.

Policy & Regulatory Director, Mike Cloud

Mike leads on Policy and Regulatory matters on behalf of the business and participates in a number of the Renewable Energy Association (REA) workgroups. Mike is a highly accomplished commercial adviser and negotiator and was a senior leader in BP focused on commercial optimisation in the Refining and Marketing sector for the majority of a 35 year international career with the company. Mike provides Arinna Solar with detailed market analysis of the UK solar sector based on a deep understanding of the landscape (policy and regulatory framework) and the relative competitiveness of everything we do.
